Please, take some time to read this section and the disclaimer section as they are my terms of Service. By purchasing my services you  agree to the following:

1. You agree that you are 21 years old or over. You must be AT LEAST 21 years of age to use my services.

2. You understand and agree that folk magick and spiritual consultation or psychic readings are for entertainment purposes only and items listed for purchase are curios only. You agree that you understand that Magickal items for sale are for curio purposes only and cannot substitute for the advice or care of licensed legal professionals, law enforcement, health professionals, or should be used as a replacement for psychiatric care by purchasing any service/item from this site.

3. You agree that you have read the disclaimer page, and agree to the terms therein.

4. You agree to provide pertinent information truthfully and to the best of your knowledge.

5. You understand that divination is not fortune-telling. Fortune-telling predicts the future. Divination uncovers the most probable conditions which contribute to your situation and aids in understanding the best possible solutions.

6. You understand that folk magick is a supplement and not a solution. It enhances common sense procedures that are used to solve problems but does not replace them.
 
7. You understand that I do not give free consultations, free readings, or provide you with free spells. My time, expertise, and the materials I use have value.

8. Fees for services and items must be pre-paid, no exceptions. I only accept payments through Pay Pal.

9. Refunds are provided if a curio you have purchased is defective in workmanship or has been damaged in transit. If by some act of Nature (accident, illness, etc.), I must reschedule a consultation or reading, every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule. If you miss an appointment, we will reschedule for a time convenient for both of us. However, there is no refund for missed appointments.

10. There are no guarantees implied or expressed for divinations or magical curios.

Consultations and Readings:

You must email me to schedule a consultation and/or reading. Consultations and/or readings must be pre-paid through Pay Pal. After receiving a confirmation from Pay Pal, I will email you to arrange an appointment and provide you with the phone number to call at your scheduled time.

Consultations and readings are scheduled between the hours of 11 AM and 4 PM, Pacific time, Monday through Thursday.

Spells and Magickal Curios

I will consider all conditions however I will not cause intentional harm to an innocent person or do any working which violates my ethical standards or social laws.

Please be aware that magick does not always work for everyone in every situation. There are many reasons for this but the most predominant are:

Spirit loves you more than you love yourself. What you want is not in your best interest or is not compatible with your destiny. Or, perhaps, your request is not justified.

You want the impossible. You want something that is against Nature or impossible to obtain.

You meddle with the magick. Continual negative thinking or obsessing over the spell blocks it.

You are a skeptic. Magick works best for those who believe in it.

You smother it. You are not patient awaiting the outcome of a spell and heap other spells on top of it.


I reserve the right to decline any case for any reason.

While I will initially consider any case, if I feel that you will be better served by another colleague or that your condition requires medical or psychological attention, or that you are requesting a violation of my ethical standards, I will provide you will the appropriate reasons when I decline.


Follow-up

I will be happy to guide your through any process that we have agreed upon during a consultation or reading. However, please do not expect me to be on call for you 24/7. Phone and email consultation fees and schedules will still apply.

Psychological and Medical Situations

If you have psychological or medical conditions, please seek the professional advice of doctors or therapists. Magick is not a substitute for these serious conditions.
