My curio has not arrived yet. What do I do?
A. You should have received a USPS tracking number when you ordered and paid for your curio. You can use this number to track your shipment through the United States Postal Service. I will also have a copy of the USPS tracking number. If you are having difficulty tracking your shipment, contact me.
What are the fees for consultations and readings?
A. I charge $30.00 for a half hour phone reading and/or consultation. I charge $55.00 for a one hour phone reading and/ or consultation. I charge $50.00 for an emailed consultation and/or reading. These fees are generally below the industry standard to make them more affordable for folks.
What are the fees for spells?
A. The fees for spells vary depending on the complexity. Email me for a quote.
What is guaranteed?
A. While I do guarantee workmanship on curios, I cannot guarantee that the curios will work for you or that divination services or spellcrafting will be 100% successful. I do guarantee that I’ll give you 150% of my energy and efforts in trying to achieve the best possible results for you. Please see the Guidelines page about why magick may or may not work for you.
Why have you referred me elsewhere?
A. I may refer you to a colleague if I feel that my workload is too great at the time or that an associate is better suited to assist you.
