Does folk magick really work?

A. For many people, yes. Folk magic has been used for thousands of years by countless cultures to enhance probability. It is an integral component of the belief system of most cultures and societies. From carrying a lucky rabbit’s foot or wearing a lucky shirt to praying for good crops or the health of a loved one, magick is a fundamental element of  the human response to our environment and the Spirits that inhabit it.

It may not work for you, however, if you do not have a belief in its efficacy, if you are applying it incorrectly, if it is contrary to your destiny, or if you meddle with it.

How fast does it work?

A. Magick is not necessarily confined by space and time. It can work at a distance and it can take much longer than you would like to see. Typically, however, we like to see some sign that it is working within three weeks but it may take as long as three months or even a year.

What are signs?

A. We like to see signs that the magick is working. Some signs could be an unexpected phone call from the subject of your spell or a tune on the radio that has special significance relative to the subject. Whatever the sign, it will be an important clue that things are progressing toward the desired result.

What are personal concerns?

A. Personal concerns are typically items that belong to the subject for whom the spell is cast. These would be strands of hair, fingernail clippings, bodily fluids, photographs, signatures, and bits of clothing.


Multiple spells and spell casters.

A. Some folks heap spell after spell on a condition or seek the help of many spell casters. This type of behavior often causes a muddy mess and prevents the magickal work from being successful. If you’ve ever tried to build a fire and heaped too much wood on it, you know you’ll just get a lot of smoke or your fire will go out entirely.


I have had many other spell workers work for me without success. Will yours work?

A. From time to time I’ll get an inquiry from someone who says they’ve been to many magick workers but have never had any success but will I be able to help them. Often these people are the cause of their own failure. They refuse to understand that what they want is so contrary to their destiny that Spirit will not assist them or they are too impatient to wait for results and subvert whatever work they had going for them by cluttering the work with more.

Sometimes these folks are troubled by psychological disorders and are looking in the wrong place for help.

What is Dark Magick?

A. Often Dark Magick is referred to as Black Magick or Devil’s Magick or Evil. Some practitioners feel that any coercive magick is dark and will not perform it, including love spells that may coerce another against their will into a relationship. When we really think about it,
